Host did not provide us the code to enter the front main door. The home has a front door to enter the building and an apartment door to enter our individual apartment. The code provided by the host before checkin only opened the apartment door. At checkin, the front door was unlocked so I thought it will always be unlocked. But one night I came home, I found the front door to be locked, and we had to text the host but the host doesn’t know and had to ask someone and get back to me. I knocked on a neighbor’s window to have them open the door for me. The main dining area’s light didn’t work. There were lots of bugs in the apartment. There was no handle bars to hang towels in the bathroom, so we had to place the face towels on the back of the toilet. Previous airbnbs sometimes provide pasta or rice in the cabinets, but this one had nothing. It’s not expected but would have been nice to have. Overall the experience was poor compared to other airbnbs I’ve stayed in.
